SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with CG Meaningful Gifts. Each item is made to order, carefully prepared and shipped directly to you.
PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION TIME
Most orders require 3–5 business days for production before shipping. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Production may occasionally take longer because of high order volume, product availability or additional quality inspections. If an order contains multiple products, the items may be produced and shipped separately.
SHIPPING OPTIONS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times begin after production is complete.
United States:
• Standard Shipping: approximately 2–5 business days
• Priority Shipping: approximately 1–2 business days when available
Canada:
• Standard Shipping: approximately 4–8 business days
• Priority Shipping: approximately 2–5 business days when available
International:
• Standard Shipping: approximately 3–10 business days
• Priority Shipping: approximately 2–5 business days in participating countries
Shipping options depend on the product and destination. Some items are available only within the United States, and expedited shipping is not available for every product.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, package size, destination and selected shipping method.
Free or discounted shipping may occasionally be offered as part of a promotion. Any applicable offer and its requirements will be displayed on the website or during checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship eligible products to selected international destinations. Available shipping options will appear during checkout after the delivery address is entered.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless specifically stated at checkout.
HOLIDAYS AND PEAK SEASONS
Production and delivery may take longer during holidays, promotional events and other high-volume periods. We recommend ordering gifts early and allowing additional time for production and carrier delays.
Selecting expedited shipping shortens transit time but does not shorten the time required to produce a made-to-order item.
TRACKING
Tracking information will be emailed when the order ships. It may take 24–48 hours for the carrier to display the first tracking update.
An order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at cocodigitallifestyle@gmail.com with your name and order number.
Packages with no tracking movement for 30 days after shipment may be submitted for investigation. We will work with the fulfillment provider and carrier to determine the available resolution.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors and the carrier first. Replacement eligibility for packages marked as delivered depends on the carrier’s findings and whether package protection applies.
CG Meaningful Gifts is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing an order.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery for U.S. orders or 55 days for international orders.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos or video of the item and its packaging
After reviewing the request, qualifying items will be replaced at no additional cost. Please do not return an item unless we provide return instructions.
